I’ve made this crowd-pleasing dip time and time again and it never gets old (it goes great with baked panko-crusted chicken fingers). Made with creamy, protein-rich Greek yogurt instead of the usual buttermilk, this recipe is a much healthier alternative to classic ranch dressing.

It also doesn’t contain any of the preservatives that help keep ranch dressing shelf stable for long periods of time – a bonus if you’re aiming to eat cleaner.

Serve it as a dip for vegetables (try this bell pepper serving bowl for a fun twist on presentation), use as a dip for meat or tofu, or spoon onto a burger for some extra flavour.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Greek yogurt
  2. 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
  3. 1 tsp onion powder
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp dried parsley
  6. Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine the Greek yogurt, chives, onion powder, garlic powder and parsley. Stir to combine. Serve as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers or as an appetizer with chopped vegetables and crackers for dipping.
