Good morning, lovelies!  Just a quick post for you today because it’s Sunday and I know you’ve got plenty to do.

You know I love meal prep Sundays, so I was psyched when Food Bloggers of Canada (FBC) put out a call for contributors for their 7-day meal plan series.

Meal planning is one of those things that sounds like a lot of work but really isn’t.  Done right, it can make life (and healthy eating) so much easier.  If you take the time to think about what you’d like to eat in the week ahead, and then make a proper shopping list (rather than picking up things willy-nilly), you’re pretty much set for a week’s worth of healthy meals.

My weekly meal plan for FBC includes a little something for everyone, from lightened-up comfort foods to vegetarian meals that’ll make you rethink the meatless movement.
