Hi there! I have nominated you for the Versatile Blogger award because I do leave your blog a little hungrier…

Hey Jen! I recently tried this recipe http://allrecipes.com/recipe/baked-kale-chips/ and am wondering if you had made these yet? They are DELICIOUS in my opinion haha, I did have to experiment the first time with the amount of salt to be used, but they are very versatile because you can use chili powder instead of salt, or lime juice and a little pepper etc. Let me know if you give them a try! Like the recipe said, I could not just eat one…:)

Thanks for the comment, Katie! I’ve made kale chips before but not that exact recipe. I agree, they’re so addictive. Actually, I might make some tonight as a Friday treat in lieu of the usual potato chips :)

Hi Jennifer: One more question today. I am also a blogger (www.oneweekcloser.com is my newest blog) and I have some other friends who are just starting their food blogs. In the bitter gourd post you have a very nice display of photos at the top of your post. How did you do this? We all loved it! Please share if you are inclined.

    Hello Jennifer,

I modified your white beans and parsley recipe for a school project (so yummy!) and was wondering if I could use your image in the project? It is not for any commercial or professional use, simply school related.

Thank you for the recipe inspiration!

    Kirby Reed
